How long does it take?

Most portraits are completed within 2–5 business days. Rush options may be available — contact us if you need it sooner.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats. The higher the resolution, the better your portrait will look.

Can I get more than one pet in a portrait?

Absolutely! Just upload a photo with all your pets together, or contact us and we can combine multiple photos.

What is your refund policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship internationally. Free shipping is available on US orders over $50. International rates are calculated at checkout.
